Robust in nature Oxley House is an obeisance to the honest living. With a modest budget of approx. $500k, the aim was to evoke the rural and industrial architecture of Europe, with high pitched roofs and barn style structure. 
Winning a Best New Residential Design up to $500k and receiving a commendation for Best Residential Interior Design in a BDAWA awards was a huge success followed by a GreenSmart Project Home of the year award for its sustainable aspect .
